"Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places."

"Check in wasn’t perfect for us, perhaps it was because we did a same day booking, but since there are no staff, you are remotely sent an access code to the front and your room door. "I have stayed at the Sandcastle many times over the years. Great staff- very friendly and accommodating. Location is easy access to downtown. That being said, the mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced. I slept with a pillow under me so I wouldn't roll into the pit in the center of the bed. ..."
