"The location is excellent, and the self-service entry process is relatively easy. The room is tidy but basic, and the bathroom tiny. My biggest issues were the layout (the head of the bed is not against a wall) and the draft/noise (the air con is a window unit, with lots of open gaps around it). Maybe the AC unit gets pulled during winter, but the street noise and draftiness made for a less than restful sleep (though a pack of earplugs were included)."

"The property is in a good, quiet location close to the T. It was clean and moderately comfortable. They didn’t send the check in instructions until I reached out to prompt it, but once I reached out they responded quickly. Decent cheaper option near Boston sights to see."

"Pretty street and house. Room a bit pokey but hey: heated bathroom floor! Couldn’t find the light switch for 2 minutes and the walls are thin. Can’t be perfect for such a great price. It suited me great!"

They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...

"Cute space! Wasn’t too difficult navigating Boston from this location."

"Great place, clean, well maintained and centrally located. Excellent and timely communication."

"Great location. Exactly as pictured."

"Good location for where we wanted to be, attractive area and building, clean, with helpful staff. But the check-in was tricky in the dark and we and other guests had to ask for help. The room was tiny and having our bathroom across a shared hallway wasn’t pleasant or convenient (especially during the night). Needing three separate door codes to move about at all times was a real nuisance. The door code mechanism lit up, bleeped and whirred loudly, waking up your partner if you used the bathroom...
