"We stay here often. The staff is always really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. The parking is free and the breakfast is great for our kids."

"The inside of the hotel was extremely run down. The drywall was chipped all over, on the first and second floor. The smell inside was awful, it smelled like people were there smoking. I had 2 toddlers with me and we left after being there for 3 hours. We booked due to a power outage at our home and preferred returning home in the July heat instead of staying there. "It was nothing special. Front desk staff was fine when they were there but there were many times it wasn't obvious that there was anyone working. Decor shows signs of wear and is a bit dated. Breakfast was really mediocre - like I could have gotten a better meal from vending machines."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find a restaurant and answered all our questions. The room was newly renovated and super clean. I felt safe on the property and many places were in walking distance."

"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again."

"AC Hotel in Lansing, MI is a very nice and clean hotel. Without a doubt, I would stay here again."

"The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place."
