"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"My review is solely based on the room. On a stay of 4 days, I'd rate it at 3/5. Possibly a bit lower based on the cost. The room was decent, met our needs for the visit. Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. "We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "First night stayed to check it out. Was good so booked another night. Overall clean. Bed, room, bathroom good. Nice hair dryer. TV worked. Lamented fake floor. Kind of slide when you walk but not a big deal. Overall pleasant. Will stay again. Love the Arsenal sign. Now Arsenal just needs to win the EPL and Champions leagues !! ⚽️"

"We went with a big group of our junior high school students for college Tours up in Boston and I must say we all loved our stay! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and overall so warm and helpful! It’s such a cool place to stay at too! Specially if you value art and support local artists and vendors. Breakfast was great! And they have a restaurant downstairs which is a plus! I will be returning with my own family for sure! :)"
