"Beautiful hotel from the time we walked in, to the time we reached our room. Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and very clean room! I thought staying close to the train station would be very loud but it wasnt bad at all. Would have like to spend more time here."

"User friendly, it had a good social feel and comfortable bar area. Bedroom/bed were huge and comfortable. Food was very enjoyable in the evening but breakfast was a bit of a disaster."

"Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money."

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. "I must say… I was disappointed. I thought if I paid for a name like ‘Holiday Inn’ it would somehow be of a good standard…how wrong I was! When I saw my room (on the ground floor) the first thing I noticed was that it was not clean. "The hotel is essentially a leisure complex. The rooms clean and tidy but for a family four small. I was surprised to discover considering the age of the property there was no AC. We were offered fans which were barely adequate. There are no lifts in the property and manhandling 6 suitcases was a challenge. Good onsite parking. The standout of the visit was the staff. Excellent. Also the food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced"

"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"
