"Staff were welcoming and helpful all around. Enjoyed the pillows and the beds and the location was where we needed to be to visit friends of the family. Busy busy hotel with a bit too many people, children and dogs but the staff were plentiful and made the experience ok in spite of the chaos."

"The hotel is passable, but it's been "rode hard and put away wet", for lack of a better description. Halls and our room smelled like old smoke, rust stains on the tub and leaking faucet, a couple odd spots on the sheets, and the breakfast can hardly be called such. "The staff was great. The bedding had blood stains and not clean even after asking for more. The beds were absolutely terrible.. felt like sleeping on a slab of rock. The shower was dirty and had absolutely no pressure. Very disappointed and thank goodness we only had to stay for one night!"

"This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was absolutely filthy. The bedding was deeply stained and dirty, and to make matters worse, there were actual bugs inside the bed. The floor was covered in dirt and completely uncleaned. It was a tragic and disgusting situation.
I honestly wish I could erase this experience from my memory. I had to stay awake the entire night because it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. If I had any other option, I would have walked...
