"My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. "Very very upset. Paid almost $400 for a night stay here and our bedding had stiff stains on both beds, pillows and there was dirt or somethimg looking like dirt on one of the beds bedding also."

"The property best feature was it's location downtown a proximity to sports venues and the casino. The room was very large and would have great for an extended stay. It was very confusing how to get into the bldg and very unusual set up for desk."

"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."

"The breakfast wait times are ridiculous, one member of staff on duty and waiting 55 minutes to get a cup of coffee and place our order is not acceptable, we raised a concern with reception on day one regarding this but nothing improved during our stay, coffee refills were impossible to get, we had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold"

"The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s.
