The view was amazing. Rooms can use an upgrade though but overall the hotel was ok

Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence
No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.
