"The kitchen staff was good but the cleaning was terrible, there was milk left in one of the mugs from the previous customer, hairs in the bath, wet floor in the bathroom, medicine tablet in the bedroom, no cleaning was done at all."

"The hotel is well located for Business in the Greenford area. It has a fairly large car park with plenty of parking spaces, which is accessible by barrier. "The staff at the reception were very helpful and very friendly, making you feel welcome. The room was quite a standard sort of layout, but it was clean. Metres were good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, so a good night's sleep. The pub next door for evening meal and for breakfast was excellent. Good selection of beer, extremely...

"The staff are very cheerful and helpful, which is great. They try to upsell you to the breakfast every day you come back to the hotel, which is a bit pushy but not a problem.
Our room was very stuffy and too warm. We set the AC for 19°C. When you leave the room, the AC gets turned off, which I understand but the problem here was that when you we got back, the room was unbearably warm and the AC wasn't powerful enough to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level.
The roomwe had was VERY...
