"Room had no working temperature control. AC did nothing. Got really hot in the morning when the sun came up and couldn’t do anything about it. There were zero towels or washcloths in the room when we got there. Not a single one. Had to request from the front desk. Bathroom is dated. No exhaust fan. ..."
