"Property Owner never responded to our emaill or calls from at least 3 Expedia employees:agents so we could receive the code to enter the property. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant.
