"The hotel experience was very disappointing. There was an unpleasant sewage smell at the hotel entrance, which created a poor first impression.
The room service was extremely inadequate and was not available 24 hours a day. Most of the time, either no one was available to assist us or we had to wait several hours to receive service.
The views from the rooms were also very disappointing. Most rooms overlooked the walls of the neighboring building, while even the rooms advertised as having a...

"Rooms are spacious but the noise isolation from the highway is not sufficient to spend a good night.
I thought the hotel would be closer to the hotel, by foot or bus, but it's not. And there is no shuttle, so you have to take a taxi.
The staff originally gave us the wrong room, and it's always a bit frustrating to have to go back to the frontdesk."
