"no demasiado pequeña la alberca y el bar muy corriente todas las bebidas..las piñas les faltaba productos de calidad estaban i sabores el personal amable..y si les das su propina sin más amables..en restaurante falta variedad siempre la mismas comidas solo un día vi camarones .."

"Room was clean. Cleaning staff excellent. Maintenance staff very efficient. The kitchen had all things necessary to cook if you chose to… we only used the fridge and microwave, Full size fridge was nice. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We chose the all inclusive option but would do European or breakfast plan on next visit, "

"Nos habíamos hospedado en este hotel hace un año y tuvimos una excelente experiencia: servicio impecable y comida increíble. Aunque había pocas amenidades, se compensaba perfectamente con esos dos aspectos.
En esta ocasión fue totalmente diferente. Desde la llegada, la atención en recepción fue antipática. En el restaurante de lunch pedimos nuevamente la pizza de mariscos que antes nos había encantado, pero ahora no tenía sabor, y el servicio fue muy malo, prácticamente sin atención. El servicio...

"The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower...
