"In general living at the resort is great but, the staff is not helpful. My room (4207) door was locked for 3 days, I went to front desk for several time to open the door or change the room they just send a security to unlock the door but it did not open after we come out. I used the balcony and window to enter as thief'. There are a lot of staff but none helped. I went down for my 2 years old's birthday and mother day weekend and we (2 toddler and a couple) got a great gift of kicked out of the room for 3 days. Later I guessed that, they wanted to sell their membership and I denied and they wanted to give me a hard time. Not trusting to management and not coming to Sirenis ever in any location. "

The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon.
