"The hotel was great it had everything we needed. It was like home away from home. Rooms were clean, beds were nice. Kitchenette was a plus. Has a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and a little electric stove. There is also a gym, laundry room, and a pool. There is a fire pit area outside and a bar and lounging area inside. The staff was excellent and friendly. Very accommodating with all your needs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if in Cleveland. There is a one time parking fee of $27...

"The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment "
"I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! "
