"Overall experience with this hotel was ok. It’s my first time in Florence so I’m not sure what other hotels are like. But this one is a lot better than what I had in Milan and cheaper. The room is quite spacious. Bathroom is a bit awkward but it’s ok. A lot of the things in the room are very basic but I guess if you want to experience the authentic Italy apartment, this can be the one. "Good location, with tram stop outside, easy access to train station and airport. Though disappointed we couldn't leave our luggage before check-in, this wouldhavemade our first day better. Clean, comfortable bed and bathroom. Friendly owner recommended a local restaurant, La Gratella we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Thank you"
