"Location was great for a day trip to the keys. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but drain in shower was very slow and toilet was easy to clog. And the breakfast was not good, we tried it all of the days we stayed and the eggs never better. So we stuck with yogurts and muffins. Thankful we had that option though!"

"i liked getting emails from staff daily iris? not sure of name very personable, and greeted us and did a room change asap (wanted two beds). gym and pool great and refreshing. Evening supervisor helped me problem solve reservation issues very patiently. i will choose this chain again due to this kindness. better than higher end resort staff. Room was very clean and quiet and easy access to streaming services"
