"Decent breakfast likes the fact they had a little snack/needs spot but 7 dollars for boodles is nuts. The room had a vhick of dry wall missing in the bathroom thr comfortor had a splatet red stsij on it the lamp shde mooked molded when turned on. There were other things but that was thr man. The amice machine was broke no ice to be found. Staff was a amazong ans the best hotel bed ive ever slept in. "

"Property kept well & very clean . Staff was very friendly . Breakfast was very good ! Beds mattress were fair and need an upgrade! This was a one day stay did but use other amenities . I rate overall 8.5 "

"Staff were welcoming, helpful, sweet and smart. Of course I needed a local opinion on buffalo wings and their recommendation did not disappoint! I actually stopped by there again on my way back through town. Room was nice. Location was good. I love Aloft because of the contemporary design, affordable prices, amenities, and value. The thermostat only allowed me to change the temp after a certain time and then it warmed back up in the morning. Couldn’t change the schedule or setting. I like to sleep with it colder. But other than that, I enjoyed my brief stay."

"Super old hotel, key cards didn’t work the minute we got there the beds are the worst thing you fall through to the floor. Would never stay there even if it was free!"

"They were so helpful in transporting me to and from the hospital I had to stay before and after my surgery. They never hesitated to take me. The staff were very accommodating. We will stay again if.we.ever need to."

"There was a lot of parking available. Breakfast wasn't included. There were no amenities in the room such as a microwave, mini fridge, etc. The room smelled absolutely horrible like way too much cleaner was used. I booked the room for my disabled husband so he could soak in the jacuzzi which he used for about an hour and then we booked another hotel to stay at overnight because we could not sleep in the room with such a strong odor."

"Clean with an exceptionally friendly and responsive staff. If you’re into sports bars, the hotel restaurant is huge and it was packed out. We had a couple of drinks but did not eat there but everything looked good. The only downsides were that the hallways were loud at night. Not their fault, just how people are nowadays. I was awakened several times in the night by people talking loudly walking to their room, kids running, etc. Could happen anywhere. Room is a little dark. Shower made a shrill noise, but well-apportioned with microwave, fridge and coffee maker, body wash, lotion, shampoo. Nice stay. Convenient to many locations."

"The Richardson Hotel is an impressive and memorable place to stay. The rooms and facilities are excellent, with a distinctive character that sets it apart. Be prepared for a bit of walking — the scale of the building adds to the experience, but it is expansive. One drawback was a strong “cheap soap” scent in the room, which detracted from an otherwise high-quality stay. The bar is well worth a visit - the bartender is excellent and adds to the overall experience. For a slightly offbeat and architecturally interesting stay, it is a place I would return to."
