"The room was spotless the staff were courteous.
This hotel was an absolute surprise for what I what expecting.
The DoubleTree by Hilton in Borehamwood is a delight. Great Room. Excellent amenities. Layout of the hotel is really nice. Room layout was great. Big floor space and incredibly comfortable.
Huge TV, good channel options. Bed was very comfortable.
The parking is a great plus and there is ample parking available.
Nice Bar.
East swift Check-in.

"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made everything very straightforward on arrival. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty to choose from and everything was nicely prepared. "We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger.
