"Clean , helpful staff"

"First room - no AC. Temperature was 82 degrees. Went down to the desk and they said they'd send maintanace. After half an hour, followed up with a call and was told they had quite a few maintanace issues ahead of ours. Eventually transferred to a second room where the AC did not work, but at least the temperature in the room was 72 degrees. TV did not work. No hot water in the shower. Was scheduled for two nights, but left after one. This was unreal."

"The room is spacious and modern. There was some hair in the bath tub when I check in, not a big deal but I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The towels are replaced every day and the trash are also emptied every day. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, which was good, the refrigerator did not have a freezer I plan to store my cold pack, but there is an ice dispenser. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average. Sausage, eggs, bagels, fruits, and pancake pancakes. "

"Please Google or go to Yelp and find Mesoyios Restaurant. Best tasting Greek food with large portion sizes and excellent prices!!! Super close to the hotel. The hotel was amazing with super clean hot tub and very warm pool. "

"There was free wifi and the hotel is definitely pet friendly. Yet, even though they did allow pets, you did not smell.Dogs or cats or anything like that.It actually smelled clean.In fact, I made a mention to my husband that the pillow cases smelled like they were washed in bleach. Overall, it is in a really good location. Easy to get to and quiet. There is a few seven elevens around the area and the highway is right there.So you can get to major stores. I will definitely stay again if I do go back to long island."
