We had to chase down towels twice, kleenex on day 4, soap and TP ON the 6th day. Front desk told us they were having problems with the help and we could get some benefit points. "the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."
