Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge
2/10 Terrible
"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"
"Nice hotel, facilities such as pool, restaurant, and fitness center are nice. Room was nice as well. The area surrounding the hotel was great as well. "
"I got this room for one night as I was seeing a show at the Fox Theater down the street and wanted something cheap.
To start, the pros were a comfy bed, but I used my keffiyeh on the pillow for better hygiene, plenty of hot water, AC/Heater, and a very nice staff that allowed me an early check in.
The cons were the bad hygiene. There was grimey and dirt everywhere, even what liked blood in the bathroom. There was a blunt stub just sitting on the AC, so I'm not sure how thorough the cleaning job was. Also, only one channel on TV which happened to be a non-stop marathon of Cops that would turn to static when the power box just randomly went out. No microwave, no refrigerator. Very basic room. "
