"Staff was completely uncommunicative and not responsive at all. Everyone we ran into was on their phone texting or something.Nobody ever greeted us at the front desk although we spent the day together and at least seven or eight minutes, waiting for them to acknowledge us and look up from their computer screens, although the property was maintained well, and clean and the breakfast and common areas were nice. The floors in our whole room are extremely slippery not rinsed and definitely not...

"It's disgusting in there. The minute my boyfriend and I walked in it was a dead waterbug in the kitchen. When I booked this I didn't know it was a nasty place like that. No free breakfast as advertised, oh they said free breakfast was cereal and bean muffins and she pointed. I wouldn't eat from there anyway. I checked out 2 days early. No blow dryer, black stains in the tub ewww just nasty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Currently waiting for my return for am early stay"

"The breakfast bistro was amazing, Denise was a sweetheart. Their breakfast selection was good even had some healthier options. Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready."

"We stayed at The Guitar Hotel for one night to see the Sting 3.0 Concert, which was outstanding! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful! All areas of the hotel, including our room, were well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "
