Asked about shuttle to the cruise port $35 per person seemed a bit outrageous considering I didn’t see where a helicopter could land near the hotel for that price to bring us to the port. Uber for the 4 of us costed $50 vs the hotel wanting $140. No need of it."

"De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo van het hotel het station in en bent in mum van tijd aan de overkant. De kamers zijn schoon en alles is aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is goed en is altijd genoeg. Afval van het ontbijt kan netter en beter worden ingezameld. Het is er rustig, geen lawaai, lekker slapen Mijn conclusie: prima hotel voor een weekje New York"

"Solid no frills place for when your goal is to be out and about. Conveniently located on R line for fast-ish access to Manhattan (pending subway work on weekends). Walkable to Park Slope and Prospect Park. Skip the hotel breakfast for Mexican nearby. "

"DONT STAY HERE, during the stay the bed had bed bugs, I had beg bug bits on my arm and my partner had it on her leg, the bites were in a curved shape and we even had pictures of it, she even had to throw out all her clothes that was in the luggage, staff agreed to refund us but after we left they changed their words and said they only agreed to partial refund. absolutely crazy."

"The only plus to my stay was that I was able to find somewhere better close by. This shouldn't have advertised as a hotel. NONE of the amenities existed and I waited for over an hour to check in having gotten there at 10pm. No response from the bell and the phone didn't ring when I called. I was about to leave when someone showed up. They refused to provide a refund for the nights I wasn't there and was unresponsive when Expedia reached out."
