"Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again."

"A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"I wasn’t aware I booked a hostel as I never do that, however…I have a new appreciation for these modernized hostel ideas! Our private room was small but adequate. Mainly there for sleeping and charging devices. We loved the common area! It’s fully stocked and lovely place to chill. Someone sat down and gave us a free piano performance the first day! It’s walkable to a lot of things and attractions. HOLD ONTO YOUR PURSES while out! The staff during the stay was great, however was not so accommodating when we returned the following week to ask for some assistance."

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."
