"We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Erakor. The staff were exceptional, great food, clean and tidy grounds. It is just the most beautiful location. The feast and fire show on Thursday night was amazing and a great opportunity to socialise with other guests. We will be back!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Iririki, the resort is beautiful and the view from our Deluxe Spa room was epic. Loved watching the sunsets from our balcony every day. The staff are so warm and friendly, food was great and so many activities included to fill the day. Loved the enormous Sunset pool and bar. Easy ferry ride across to the main island. We were sad to leave! "

"I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"Very close to airport. You can walk if you have a short stopover. However, no kettle or cup, sheet torn, wifi password wrong, no key for door. Staff helpful. You can buy bottled water and instant noodles. Overall very basic"

"We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. "Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom.
