"We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza."

"This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...

"We came back to our room to water all over the floor my bags and shoes where wet told reception and they moved us to a smaller room which took a total of an hour to happen and to move our stuff on our own with no help to the point we missed our event we had booked. When I asked the man at the front of there was anything else they could do to compensate he said “manager is in tomorrow” and just didn’t care what I had to say was just rude and unhelpful"
