"The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

"It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee.""

"It was in an excellent location, in Old San Juan near the Princess Cruise Terminal. It was clean and our host was easy to contact when we got to the place. We had a little difficulty communicating before we arrived and we did not have the check in code until we contacted our host by phone. The air conditioning worked well. There was no TV but we did not need one."

"This property is steps away from the beach, there are 4 pools with ample seating which was fantastic! Steps always from at least a dozen restaurants including Christianson, STK and Tayzan. Great getaway!"

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We stayed in a terrace suite and the space inside the room was quite expansive. The terrace had lots of space as well. The room was just beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The hot water didn’t take too long to warm up which was nice! The rooftop bar closed on most days during our stay, but we were aware of this as the hours didn’t coincide with our travel dates. We did get to check it out one night and the view was wonderful. "Couple of issues: 1. Arrived at noon - checkin was 4pm…repeatedly told working on our room …checked in at 330 finally…. Not the best first impression - maybe HSK works on island time. 2. 1115 on Monday - Hsk staff(male) entered room to replenish shower soap - DIDNT knock and wooden sign was showing do not enter equivalent. This is unsafe…Pool small but comfortable - great view…on site restaurants ok …"

"When we checked in we had to call to get someone to check us in. They were prompt to arrive. During our stay there was never anyone at the front desk and all communication had to be online. One of the features advertised was a restaurant and was one of our deciding factors when booking but was never open during our stay. Even when we asked for a restaurant recommendation they referred us to the closed restaurant. This should be removed from their offerings. A room refresh is only available upon...
