"The location is amazing! We loved swimming in the sea steps away from our room. Beautiful water. The buffet food was delicious. I do recommend getting the dinner plan as it makes it so convenient. The room was very spacious for 3, a family of 4 would also be comfortable. Everything was clean, however you can see the age of the hotel and rooms if you look very close. My family thought it was perfect, but being that I’m the mom paying attention to the corners and door cleanliness, if you want new and pristine maybe check other places out. But we would definitely come back. Staff was also very helpful, minus a waiter at the bar my husband wasn’t very pleased with."

"This was an amazing property right on the beach. On a beautiful beach, the morning breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the dinner buffet. We basically parked our car and left it for three days while we stayed there. There was no need to drive anywhere. All the restaurants, bars, and beach outlets were all very, very close. Felt very safe for the kids to wander around and do their own thing. The rooms were very nice too. The staff were friendly. For us, it was three days of just amazing beach time. And the area is beautiful."

"A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here."

"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby. One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that. The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor. It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"

"Our room and balcony was huge and spotless. The AC worked perfectly, even with temps above 30C. The website worked great for requests and finding out about the amenities at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, especially compared to other breakfast buffets."

"The property is clean and well-maintained. It's also accessible by public transit (TIB bus) and located just a few minutes' walk from the beach."
