"The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's...

"I loved how clean and well restocked the room was. I appreciate how the front desk gave me instructions to connect to Netflix and even found us a remote. I further am so glad that we were allowed to check in 1.5hr early. It was a blessing!!! I’ll come back to Victoria and will remember you!"

"This was an okay place to stay. Not fantastic, not terrible. Travellers should be aware that there are no elevators, no a/c, and limited electrical outlets in the suite to plug in your devices for charging. The suite we had was in the cottage next to the main building, and although it was very roomy and comfortable, it is old and worn in some places, and I found it very warm in the suite, The windows open for cooling, but there are no screens, so take your chances. The price is very good...

"Lovely hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were underwhelming. Glasses in the room had lip prints on them, I stayed for 9 days and only once did they make the bed. They basically exchanged towels with me at the door of my room. I cleaned my own room during my stay."

What sets this hotel apart from other hotels were the small personal touches like the handwritten welcome note on our bed as well as 2 delicious handmade cookies. On the days when they were not able to enter our room, a basket of fresh towels, coffee and fresh water was left outside our door.
