"Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking."

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"Upon arriving at the property, I called the host asking for details on how to access the property. I did say this was a bit of a shambles which seriously triggered him into shouting...

"It was a conveinient location however there was no mibile signal or wifi so we had to go outside to pick up messages from family we were meeting. "
