"the elevators are a disaster. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for one. The breakfast is ample, but is not good food. "

"The front desk staff was great and also the housekeeping staff.room was clean . The only problem we experienced was with the water pressure."

"The rooms are extremely outdated. The room, for the price, was very disappointing. The hotel needs a full renovation. The patching and repair in the units really make the room gross."

"Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked. Amenities and parking were $20/day even if you didn’t use them. Unfortunate because it could have been a good stay in an older eclectic building. Staff was very nice when notified though- although they just said there was nothing they could do about it as we booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com should vet their places better and not book out trash. "

"Room was big but bathroom was a bit on the small side. Staff very friendly and helpful. So close to theaters. Restaurants and the bars in hotel were awesome. Would definitely stay again."
