"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet any of my expectations. I paid $989 for 3 nights. Other than the convenience of everything being close, such as the subway, Times Square, Broadway Theater, Central Park, etc. I experienced harassment by a guy who just walked into the lobby and begged for money again and again. Unfortunately, another one of the problems with this location is that there are no parking lots associated with the hotel so the nearest parking lot is down the block ($67 a night,...

"The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful and had great suggestions when I asked for their opinions. They also told us about their car service which we used a few different times… highly recommend this! Especially when going to the airport. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it to others. I also appreciated the security of the main door in the evening."

However upon entering the room, there were 2 fridges, one of which was broken and just left in middle of beds; the desk chair was also broken; very few towels for 2 people and closet mirror was filthy with finger prints all over as well as loads of surface dust. "the room wasn't very clean bathtub and toilet were pretty dirty. There was handprints on the glass window. Desk had some sort of build up. Carpet is VERY old and dirty it's even starting to tear up near the door. Not quite worth the price i think there are better options but great view, location, and staff! "
