"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"Property was beautiful and loved the location. We were able to walk to a grocery store and restaurants. View was amazing and the decor was very boho. Loved it! "

"Room was reasonably clean, AC worked fine. The place looks like it has deteriorated significantly over 20 years perhaps due to hurricanes. Still the staff was nice and helpful at times. Perfect ocean views from all rooms, and easy access - 3 min walk from airport"

"The room was very clean but a little dated and our closet door fell off one day. The bar and restaurant were good but slow on getting waited on. On cruise ship days there were loads of extra people on the property which also caused slow service. "

"Be forewarned, it's a random pick if you get a good room or not. Not all rooms are the same as advertised. Stayed longer than a week, changed room once. Paid for an ocean view (and a sanctuary in paradise). First room was near the loading dock and ear jarring noise at 10pm (trash compactor) and from 6am-8am (trucks going forward and backing up). 75% view of the ship harbor, which was pretty but wasn't the ocean.
