"Great place and staff"

"It says absolutely NO smoking and people were getting false charges of $400 for a smoking fee when they were not smoking. For false alarms. This establishment also reeks of smoke all throughout. But supposedly no smoking? The older gentleman at the front desk was so kind and was helpful. Overall it is a nice cheaper stay for a night."

"Had a horrible experience at another hotel, went to this one and had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. A little higher priced, but worth it. Helpful staff"

"Was on staying for one night passing by but honestly wanted to stay in my car. The room they gave us was already occupied and dirty. They did give us a new room right away. The new room, toilet was not flushed. Bathroom wall paper was pelling off. Whole build smelt like weed. Could hear everyone coming in and out of there room all night long."

"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."

"Was able to check in early and the room was very cleaned and roomy. Would stay there again."

"Loved the location. It’s perfect for enjoying the museums and the botanical gardens is ACROSS THE STREET ! . Not to far from downtown as well I loved the decor and staff at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Only bummer was the room had no microwave but the Bar was 10/10 loved our bar tender!"

"The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

"breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible."

"This is a recently renovated Comfort Inn. The lobby is welcoming and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable!!"
