"It was an okay hotel or house it did give a historical presents which was nice but it was just okay nothing extravagant I mainly stayed here because the breakfast but that was the worst part the sausages were overcooked and just not a good selection of breakfast and I am a breakfast lover. The botanical garden was across the street and that was nice they have a late check out at 12:00 so that was nice but overall nothing to rave about and it was too expensive for one night."

"Overall, we had a very good stay at the Hilton. My only observation for improvement is that more luggage carts would’ve been nice. They seem to not have enough for their guest and in the morning the elevator stopped working for coming up so you had to find a stairway and use that, but other than that, the hotel was clean and we felt safe staying there. It would be nice if they could provide a continental breakfast as well, but there was food available on site at cost."

"This place is absolutely filthy. My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. I slept in my car the last night in the parking lot of the hotel because of how gross it was. if you stay here,...

"We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! "The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"The breakfast was fresh, curtains in room was old and nasty. Staff was pleasant & the kitchen was clean. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced as well as and updated on furniture. "

"We were stuck downtown after a concert, couldn't find an Uber. We called the hotel and they had someone pick us up right away. We were a family of four. Wonderful."

"My 1st time staying with this chain,but I definitely will be returning.the room was very clean,they offer buffet style snacks(pulled pork sandwiches,hot dogs,nachos,etc.)on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30 at the establishment i stayed at.but i also appreciate the customer service,they pay attention to detail.but if you never stayed with this chain before,give them a try you won't be disappointed"
