"the room was very clean - the location is excellent - the hotel is attached to a beautiful mall with some great dining options! The amenities in the Hotel as far as bar and eating were not good so don't count on spending time in the lobby! Other than that I highly recommend for the location and the cleanliness!"

"Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. "The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."
