"Amazing location especially if you are using the autobus center, free popcorn, super friend staff, room have everything you need. Will stay again"

"Artsy and new premise, but operationally and from housekeeping pov, can improve."

"Very helpful staff."

"Wonderful hotel. Beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful restaurant on the premises."

"Fun location on La Toja Island. Very beautiful and historic building. We walked into the port daily, but it was about 30 minutes."

"Amazing value! Apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfy bed. Gym was great and open 24/7. Would stay again when traveling back to the area."

"The stuff is very rude. Especially at the check in desk. When we came down to have breakfast they don't even say good morning. Simply just ignoring me passing by the reception. The light in the room came off the ceiling, room was really dark where my daughter slept , no window in her part of the room."

"The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍"

"Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y el personal fue muy atento"

"The personal was very helpful, rooms kind of small but nice and clean. Breakfast excellent!"

"Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned."

"ホテル代が高騰するサン・セバスティアンの中ではリーズナブルなホテル。スタッフが常時いるわけではなく、事前に送られてくる暗証番号等で建物に入るシステム。 一泊しかしなかったので良いけど、部屋はさすがに狭い。 この後に泊まったクリスティーナ エネア ルームズのほうが、かなり広いかな。 立地は旧市街やバスターミナルにも近いのでGood"
