"This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ...

"Its a beautiful property and the location is excellent, you can walk from here to the best spots in the city including the beach. Also they have this awesome coffee machine that will make you a cortado or café con Leche in under a minute. 👏👏👏"

"Very upscale hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. Walking distance to every tourist spot: 5 minutes from La Concha Beach, 10 minutes to Old Town, 15 minutes to San Telmo Museum. "Location was sensational for a brief stay - right in the heart of Old Town, so extremely busy and bustling, and convenient to everywhere. The windows were extremely effective at keeping the significant street noise out, so the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "Superlocatie, vriendelijk en goed Engels sprekend personeel bij de receptie. Waren met de auto, deze kon in een zijstraat aan de overkant geparkeerd worden en werd later door een medewerker geparkeerd in eigen garage onder het Hotel. We verbleven 4 nachten, absolute aanrader op steenworp afstand van strand en boulevard en een leuke wandeling langs de boulevard naar hartje centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!"
