Very friendly and helpful staff. The non-smoking room had a strong cigarette odor and could have been a little cleaner, but I arrived very late and was too tired to ask for a different room. Pleasant,helpful staff.the rooms are well appointed It was a really enjoyable stay. The valet parking is expensive and there is no self parking. Monarch (the hotel restaurant)was OK. The service good,food less so(an overdone omelet) Overall a nice stay…I will stay at Zaza when I’m in Houston.
