"Our sandal was taken away from our room after room service Tuesday morning. We reached out to hotel manager. No one showed up after concierge promised to do so. We filed a complaint on hotel virtual site. We got a pre formatted response no follow up. Mart staff is unpleasant & have emotional issues ..."

"Bon accueil, bon emplacement, bon petit-déjeuner, le gros plus est la piscine/salle de sport/bain à remous/soins, le bémol est le bruit dans l'hôtel lui-même (mais pas de souci avec le bruit extérieur grâce au vitrage renforcé)."
