"Great hotel"

"Hotel was nice seemed clean. Pool wasn’t heated so after a long day in the car hoping to get th me kids out to swim and burn energy couldn’t even go in it. Went for dinner and service was poor. No communication he must have forgotten to put our order in all together because each item came out by itself and not enough cutlery. I had to eat my butter chicken with a knife. He never apologized for the delays from the kitchen. I complained to management and they never offered me a reduced price on...

"Just fine, for a quick stay. Check out is at 11, when walking back from breakfast hotel staff was about to enter our room at 9:45, even though we had not checked out. That’s my only complaint. My 13 year old was still in the room and she would have had to deal with someone walking in on her, which is not ok. "

"The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures. I talked to a helpful young lady at the front who let us “upgrade” our room to one that actually looked like the pictures except the balcony. It...
