"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

"Ok . The property is small and very clean . My room was spacious very nice decoration . But two thinks keep me out of my best rating .. NUMBER ONE .. room was close to the street and very noise for that . Is you are planing to sleep well , you will not . NUMBER TWO .. WiFi , very unreliable last day was not working and inestable other days .! Breakfast is include and was good . Personal is very nice ! Note : amenities in the bathroom need improvements!"

"It is a lovely property, and so convenient to the Field of Miracles. Our room was small, but prettily decorated and comfortable. There is currently a huge construction project going on right at the hotel’s entrance (a new piazza?) but this didn’t hamper our stay."

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. Es gibt ebenfalls genügend Parkplätze und eine funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos (3 phasig AC, mind. 11kW). Einziger Verbesserungspunkt in unserem...

"Nice hotel, not really value for money ie no in room coffee machine. Swimming pool open late and closes early. Big difference if you get a room in the old villa versus the new building."
