The airline forgot our luggage and our hosts were most kind and helpful while getting things settled for the airline to deliver our bag. The place was warm and inviting, and was well kept! "Very comfortable room. The first night a little warm but after turning the heating down better the 2nd. Very good water pressure in the shower and good toiletries (white company) Ate both nights of our stay and the food was very good. Staff where very good through out the hotel but it was a little frustrating when our dessert arrived without any cutlery and it took 5 mins before they noticed. Good location for Chatsworth and other local attractions. Would stay here again."
