"Fantastic staff"

"I could not use the kiosk check in because there was an error with my ref no. The staff were rude and unhelpful at the check in. She did not tell me there was a separate kiosk for the parking. I was told the next day and then even though I paid, still I ended up receiving a parking ticket because they saw me leaving before I paid, then when I came back later in the day I did pay what it was midnight and was classed as the next day."

"The room was very tinny. No AC, no fridge, the safe did not work. The window was very small. The weather was very hot and with that small table fan they provided could not get the job done. I spent most of my time outside as the room felt like I was in a prison."

"Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again"

"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. "Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning...

"They had free parking which is a positive. The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated. The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot. Im still awaiting my deposit ive currently chased but they seem to attempt to keep your £100 security deposit and give you all sorts of excuses ive emailed, sent many msgs and had to physically go there yesterday(over 14 days since I left) all you get told is it will be released etc take this as...
