"We were very pleased with the hotel, clean, modern with spacious bedroom a very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were very polite especially the gentleman who served us in the bar area. We also found it to be a great location for restaurants and bars plus ( go to the top of the street and turn right ) it was only a short walk to the shopping centre and the harbour too.

There wasn’t a hairdryer in the bedroom which was mentioned at reception, the receptionist...

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

"The room we had was spacious, clean well maintained everything you need for a relaxing stay . The room had iron and ironboard, fridge, glasses for drinks. Toiletries very good, shower easy to work . The Air-conditioning was brilliant. Breakfast was very good ,plenty of choice, but one day reduced staff on so service was poor and had to keep reminding staff what we wanted. "A big shout out to the staff which work here, very often you will stay somewhere and you’ll encounter 1 or 2 excellent staff with the rest just doing their job. This was not our experience at the Priory, every single member of staff acknowledged us with a friendly smile and an attentive attitude.
