"Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Problem with the door keys almost immediately, people hanging out in the lobby and outside, having a room directly across from the elevator and guest laundry room made for a very loud overnight stay. The toilet ran all night and overflowed in the early morning without any use."

"Very convenient …only a few minutes off the highway…..the hotel was located right beside a good restaurant which was beside a gas station everything we needed all in a row. Front desk check in and out were both friendly and helpful. Room was clean , reasonably priced and both spacious and comfortable "
