"Decent, clean room with helpful staff. Breakfast was prepped well, included cereal, bagels/toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches which could be heated, granola bars, coffee, tea, and cocoa, milk. I didn't see juices. Tea options included several herbal varieties. Water in bathroom was very hot. needed adjusting to get it right. Room was small, but I had a single. Biggest issue was finding the place. The Victor NY location shares a parking lot with a restaurant, but there's no signage showing this. I had to stop and ask at the restaurant."

"The property and rooms are absolutely stunning, think upscale, boutique Nantucket vibes with pockets of ‘old money’ feels. Everything was clean, the lobby and each ‘cabin’ smells phenomenal. The kind of trip you take and think, ‘wow I need to work harder so I can come to places like this more often’. Highly recommend renting their free bikes and biking down the street to their quaint ‘downtown area’, check out Patty’s place for an at home/diner style breakfast. Perfect quiet location just 30 minutes from the busier winery areas. 10/10 would come again, very romantic and breathtaking setting."

"We have stayed here several times. The hotel is always clean and inviting. We checked in later in evening. Check process was quick ans easy. As a hotel member we received warm chocolate chip cookies. I wish there was a Gluten-free one. Our room was on the fourth floor. Both elevators were working. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet took a long time to flush. You really have to hold the handle down good. Our sink was very slow to drain. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was nice."
