"Besides some major and possibly recent stains on the floor in our room, the room itself and bathroom were super clean. The staff was AMAZING & so very kind. "The outside of the hotels needs to be renovated. Pool isn’t as nice as the photos. I was also charged for breakfast when breakfast was “included” when I called the front desk had told me I had to pay for breakfast because “it was worked into my rate” I eventually got my refund. Wouldn’t recommend and would never stay here again. "

"Location is very walkable to downtown amenities. The graduation venue- beautiful Orpheum Theater- we attended was not only across the street, we were able to see it from our room. Hot weekend visit to Phoenix was memorable… got to know downtown, nearby Roosevelt District and visited two museums and a Japanese Friendship garden in addition to the medical school graduation. All done without a car… hotel is conveniently close to transit and easy access from airport."
