"I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times (this was my 4th visit), and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience. Starting with the room — on the very first night, I saw a roach, and my sister-in-law saw another one as well. That alone was extremely concerning. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken, and there was visible hair left in both the bathtub and the jacuzzi upon arrival, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. This was also our first time booking a one-bedroom instead of a studio, and we were placed in a different building than usual. The location was very inconvenient — much farther from the water park than where we’ve stayed in the past. Every night (except the last), we had to park far from our building, with at least a 5-minute walk. The worst part was the final night. We were told we had to park in a garage at the north entrance, while our building was located near the south entrance. Staff said we would be transported by golf cart, but the wait time was around 30 minutes. We also had to park on the 4th floor of the garage. Traveling that distance and waiting that long — especially with a sleeping 6-year-old — was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards we experienced during our previous visits. Cleanliness, convenience, and guest service all fell short this time, which is disappointing given how much we used to enjoy staying here."

"Nice quiet compact resort with 2 small pools in a great location. Apartments were well equipped. Negatives were that you had to pay for WiFi, and there were only 16 sun beds at each pool which wasn’t enough in the early afternoon, considering there was plenty of space around the pool area."

"Breakfast was good, hotel was immaculate, and staff always went above and beyond. I would gladly stay here again!!!! We loved how close SeaWorld was and we were only 30 minutes from the Zoo, and The Orlando Magic NBA game."

"Clean and friendly! Loved the grounds. Could certainly use a better restaurant Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed "

"Breakfast is very poor and it does not have many choices, sugar cereal, coffee, toasted bread and scrambled egg everyday. We stay for 7 days in a wellness suite, but the water filter on the shower was updated and my son got itchy scalp and skin rash. When I requested to check when was the last time you change filters, nobody knew. So wellness rooms are not reliable. Then in our floor two days in a row a terrible smell of weed. If you go with your kids be aware of this. So far it wasn’t what I expected for a Marriott resort. I guess it changed. "

"It was easy check in easy check out and they accommodated my aunt and mother as they were a little older and preferred to be down stairs. Location was convenient and staff was friendly and helpful. "
