"I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room. During that time, staff repeatedly suggested opening the window rather than resolving the air conditioning problem. Additionally, we accidentally left...

"Nice clean room, in great location. Mostly staff were helpful apart from the time I waited five minutes to be served and the waitress then served the lady who just came in and totally ignored me. Food was excellent value for money. Overall a good visit and would definitely go back."

"Good clean basic accommodation in a similar standard to P Inn or Travelodge. Free parking in a generously sized car park. Good (bus) public transport connections directly outside for Dunfermline centre or connections to Halbeath P&R just 1.5miles up the road."

"Didn’t expect or need the “accessible room” but the shower chair helped when I was shaving my legs. Comfy bed but pillows a bit firm for my liking - no selection all 4 the same. Cosy room & coffee/kettle very useful along with single sachet 2 biscuits for a pre bed cuppa. Lovely friendly staff & able to check-out using lock box to return keys.
